Our Return & Refund Policy

At Leafwing, we take great pride in providing you with beautiful, thriving native plant container gardens. While we ensure that every plant in your Leafwing garden is in excellent health at the time of delivery, we recognize that plants are living products and their condition may change after arrival.

Plant Replacement Policy

If any of the plants in your Leafwing garden do not look healthy to you, please contact us at replace@shopleafwing.com, or review our Care Guide for guidance on how to support your plants. Should you, however, prefer that we replace the plant, then we will do so at no cost to you—provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to us with a description and a photo of the affected plant, and we’ll arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Leafwing garden, you may return it within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@shopleafwing.com. Upon return, we will issue a refund for your order, minus a $150 deduction to cover the cost of local delivery and pick-up services and a 20% restocking fee to account for the custom plant selection used specifically for your Leafwing garden..

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. For plant replacements: Email us at replace@shopleafwing.com with a description and photo of the plant showing signs of decline.
  2. For returns: Email us at returns@shopleafwing.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate your return. Once the garden is returned, we will process your refund minus the $150 deduction and 20% restocking fee.
